Small farmhouse. C18 or early C19. Painted granite rubble with granite dressings.
Scantle slate roofs with dressed granite chimneys over the gable end.
Plan: Small rectangular 2-room plan house with 2 single storey C20 lean-tos built at
the rear (probably the original front).
Exterior: 2 storeys. 1 window north-west front (probably the original rear wall)
with ground floor window at left and right and first floor window a short distance
above the right-hand window. Possibly C19 9-pane sash on the left and 2 circa late
C19 or C20 4-pane horned sashes on the right. Original or C19 openings.
Interior: Not inspected.
One of a group of unspoiled buildings in the beautiful Penberth valley.
