Small house. C18. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Grouted scantle slate
roofs. Dressed granite chimneys over the gable ends.
Plan: 2 room plan house with lobby entrance and probably stair between the rooms
plus C19 1-room plan extension on the left.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2-window south-west front with doorway
central to fenestration. C20 door, C20 4-pane 2-light casements to ground floor,
circa late-C19 4-pane horned sashes above. Original window and doorway openings.
Interior not inspected.
