House in row. C18. Stuccoed front. Steep scantle slate roof with brick chimney
over gable end, left, and over party wall right. Above the original roof is a circa
mid-C19 hipped-roofed weather boarded penthouse with 2 12-pane hornless sashes.
Cast-iron ogee gutters.
Plan: double depth plan with large reception room at the front, right, and
entrance/stair hall, left, and behind is a deep C18 2-storey wing at right angles.
Exterior : 3 storeys. Slightly asymmetrical 3 window south front with stucco plinth,
quoin strip and ramped-headed architraves. Modillioned cornice. Doorway on left
with stuccoed doorcase with entablature carried on moulded consoles. Panelled and
glazed door with overlight and sidelights. Circa late C19 horned sashes.
Little altered at rear.
Interior not inspected.
