Early C19. Roughcast rubble slate hung on second floor. Three storeys.
Three widely spaced sashes in moulded cases, No 23 has glazing bars. External
stone steps with railings up to first floor entrances, modern glazed doors.
Slurried slate roof. Group value.

The listed buildings on the South-west Side (and The Cot) form a group.
