Translated as..

Sacred to the memory The most distinguished man John Davills, Esquire, yielded to the fate on 5 th July in the year of Christ 1627, aged 87.

Sacred to God and to the holy relics of the most upright and truly venerable man Arthur Harris of Haine, Esquire, and Captain of Saint Michael's Mount, who completed his life on 16 th May in the year of Grace 1628, aged 71

John Harris of Haine, Esquire, heir through the only child Margaret, in his grief placed and consecrated this memorial to a father and grandfather, April 1635
