Early C19. Stucco, granite plinth. One string course, granite quions. Slate
hipped roof, eaves soffit. 2 storeys and semi-basement. West elevation 3 windows,
centre blocked, ground floor in slight recesses. North elevation to street
2 windows, to left doorway with round arch with inner arch with sunburst motif,
stone steps with iron railings. Sashes with glazing bars. East elevation slate
hung circular stair bay. Interior, rooms with dentilled and beaded cornices,
window shutters with panels containing sunburst motifs, reeded architraves to
doorways and windows, staircase.
