House. Probably mid C19. Snecked killas rubble with granite quoins and
dressings, slurried slate roof. brick chimneys. Double-depth plan. Two
storeys and 3 bays, symmetrical; central doorway, recessed door with 2
round-headed panels, shallow overlight; 12-pane unhorned sashed windows
with exposed boxes; hipped roof with projecting eaves, side-wall chimneys.
Rear and interior not inspected. Has group value with Praze Green to the
left (q.v.).
