House, one of 2 similar adjoining houses. Circa early C19. Killas rubble with
granite dressings and slate sills. Asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves carried
on moulded wooden brackets. Bricks chimney over the gable end, left and over the
cross party wall right.
L-shaped plan: 2 nearly equal front rooms with a cross passage between and a 1 room
plan service wing at right angles to the rear left.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window north front with central doorway. C20 glazed door.
Original 12-pane hornless sashes.
Interior not inspected.
This house forms part of a semi-planned group around a triangular village green (now
enclosed).
