Small cottage, previously incorporated shop premises. Probably C18. Rubble stone
base with whitewashed stone and cob above. Combed wheatreed thatch roof, hipped end
to west and gabled to east with rendered brick chimney in gable end. North
elevation, 2 storeys, asymmetrical single window front. Ground floor, two 2-light
casement windows with glazing bars in granite surround with 3-light casement window
without glazing bars above, under eyebrow eave. South elevation, single storey,
triple sash with C20 panelled door to right. Hipped end with 4-pane sash. Interior
not inspected. Included for group value.
