Detached estate cottage used as post office. Probably C17/18 but remodelled C19.
Slatestone rubble and granite with Delabole slate roof with overhanging eaves and
verge and brick chimneys over gable ends. 2-room, central stair plan. 2-storeys.
3-window front. Central door with flanking 2-light wooden casements. Chamfered
granite lintels over ground floor openings. 2-light wooden easements 8 panes each
to first floor. Slight projection to right gable.
Interior not inspected.
