Small outbuilding probably wash house. Circa early-mid C19. Killas rubble walls
with scantle slate roof and brick chimney over the left (west) gable end.
Single-cell plan.
Single storey over basement built into bank to rear. 2-window south front with
doorway, right, and window, left, to basement.
Interior not inspected.
