SX 45 NW TORPOINT FORE STREET, Torpoint

Shop. Late C18 with C19 alterations to windows and C20 alterations. Rendered stone
rubble, slate roof with brick gable end stack to right.
Double depth plan house, with entrance to passage to left, one principal room
converted as shop to front right, including former room to rear right. Stair hall to
rear left.
3 storeys and one window, first and 2nd floor have paired 4-pane sashes, smaller at
2nd floor. Ground floor has glazed door to left in late C18 doorcase, with pilasters
and frieze, pediment with dentils. Bowed shop front to right, with plate-glass
windows, bowed fascia board with dentils.
