House. Mid C19 with few later alterations. Rendered stone rubble. Slate roof with
ridge tiles and gable ends ; gable end stacks with rendered shafts, and stack to the
outshut at rear left.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance, each heated from a gable end stack. One-
room plan outshut added to rear left heated by a stack at the left side. To rear
right a single storey lean-to was added, as a rear porch, now used as the main
entrance.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front ; first floor has C19 16-pane sash to
right and left and central 2-pane light with margin glazing. Ground floor has 16-pane
sash to right and left and central conservatory porch with half-glazed margin-glazed
door. Right side blind ; left side has small single storey lean-to. At the rear,
the outshut has 2 C20 casements at ground floor and one at first floor ; C20 plank
door to the porch and 2-light casement to side. First floor of the main house has an
8-pane stair light.
