north west entrance to Stockadon
Villa
GV II
Pair of gate piers and walls. Early C19. Slatestone rubble walls with granite
dressings and granite piers. Pair of square plan granite monolith piers, about 2
metres high, set on moulded plinths, with cornice and ball finial with horizontal
banding, on shaped stems. Flanking walls swept back, with granite coping, each about
1½ metres high and about 10 metres long. Square terminal piers with pyramidal caps.
