Estate house. Circa mid C19, with few later alterations. Rendered stone rubble, asbestos slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends, gable end stacks with rendered shaft to left and brick shaft to right.

Plan: two-room plan, with central entrance, each room heated by gable end stack; integral two-storey service outshut, with shallow unheated service rooms.

Exterior: two storeys and two windows, symmetrical; first floor has two C19 16-pane sashes, ground floor has C19 16-pane sash to left and C19 20-pane sash to right. Wooden gabled open-fronted porch of circa early C20 with inner four-panelled door. Right side has two-light eight-pane casement to left, plain door and single casement to right. First floor central 12-pane light to stair.
