House. Mid C19 with few later alterations. Stone rubble, stuccoed and lined out. 2-
span slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends, with gable end stacks to front and
rear ranges with rendered shafts.
Plan: Double depth plan, with central entrance to stair hall and principal rooms to
front right and left, each heated by a gable end stack; the service rooms are to
rear, also heated by gable end stacks; 2-storey rear range to left in L-plan, for
additional service rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys on plinth, symmetrical 3-window range, all C19 16-pane sashes in
plain reveals; central doorway with pilasters and cornice on consoles, 1930's half-
glazed door with overlight. Left side rendered.
Interior: Not fully inspected; each principal room in the front has a plain black
marble chimneypiece; the room to right has a 16-pane sash to rear with pilasters,
possibly originally an external wall.
