Old Hall and adjoining cottage (N. side) are now one house.
Old Hall: c.1700. Dressed sandstone; clay pantile roof with
stone ridge and gable copings and kneelers; brick and stone stack
to L.H.S.; external stack to R.H.S. gable. 2 storeys, 5 bays.
All windows altered and dripmoulds removed. Plinth. Doorway to
L.H.S. Traces of blocked square staircase lights between 2nd &
3rd bays from left. Blocked first-floor and attic lights in
south gable.
Cottage: adjoining N. gable of Old Hall. Early C19. Dressed
sandstone; clay pantile roof;
stack to L.H.S. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Later openings, all with C20
casements. Outbuilding: adjoining S. gable of Old Hall. Late
C18. Dressed sandstone; clay pantile roof. Single storey.
