Cottage, c.1840. Dressed sandstone; Welsh slate roof, with stone gable
copings and shaped kneelers. End stacks rebuilt in brick. 2 storeys, 3
windows. Chamfered plinth. Slated hood, with curved wood braces, over
central 4-panel door and overlight. Late C20 casement windows in original
openings with painted sills. Single-storey rear extension is not of special
interest. Included for group value.
