SJ 67 NE GREAT BUDWORTH C.P. THE MOUNT

Cottage, probably formerly stable; the visible features of interest
are later C19, for Rowland Egerton Warburton. Brown brick; clay tile
roof. Door and most windows on west side and south end (to The Mount)
replaced, in small openings. North gable to High Street is little
altered, with 6-light wood-mullioned window to lower storey and two
2-pane wood casements to attic. Gable with bargeboards; plinthed,
shaped chimney of brick. East wing has oak-framed gables of Arley
estate type.
