Formerly 2 cottages, now a house: dated 1630 on deeds. Coursed
squared buff sandstone rubble. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge
and 2 brick chimneys 2-storey, 3-bay front with 2 bays to the right
projecting slightly. Windows a mixture of 2 and 3-light tall
chamfered stone mullions. C19 board door in plain reveal to left of
the blocked original. Quatrefoil iron tieplate carries painted date.
