Stables: 1837 for John Mellor. Coursed squared buff sandstone rubble.
Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge. 2-storey, 4-bay front.
Rusticated quoins. Ground floor has 2 doors with simple architraves
(1 blocked) and 2 semi-circular windows with fixed small-pane glazing.
Above are 2 circular pitch-holes with ashlar surrounds carrying hinged
wooden shutters and containing half-opening small-pane glazing.
