with grey slate roof. 2 storeys (plus attics with windows in gables);
3 windows. Plain bands at 1st and 2nd floors. Trellis porch contains
boarded door. 16-pane recessed sashes under flat gauged-brick arches;
projecting stone cills.
Interior: Oak stair with 2 turned balusters per step.
