Cottage dated 1817 'CG' on chimney plaque. One-storey with attics, lean-to and rear
wing. Gault brick. Thatched roofs with end stacks. Band with saw-tooth brick
decoration at eaves. Two boxed dormer windows with original three-light iron case-
ment windows with rectangular quarries. Two similar first-floor three-light windows
in segmental arches. Side entry.
