Pair of estate cottages, now one dwelling. Late C18. Timber framed,
roughcast rendered and plain tiled steeply pitched roof. Two ridge stacks,
one of red brick may indicate an earlier C18 origin. The other is of early
C19 white brick. Single range extended by one bay at both ends. One storey
and attic. Three gable dormers. Four casements all modern to ground floor.
Doorway in extension at west end. Interior: exposed slender wall framing
with early C19 white brick hearths with segmental arches to openings. Plan of
one room and scullery to each cottage at ground floor with one room on first
floor. Stop chamfered main beam.
