Cottage. Late C17, probably subdivided in C19. Now one dwelling. Timber framed, rendered and combed wheat reed thatch, half hipped. Red brick ridge stack. Three bays with outshut at rear. One storey and attic. One full gable dormer. Three ground floor late C20 casements. Two doorways dating from C19 subdivision. Two modern doors. The framed and rendered outshut is probably a little later than the cottage. Thatched.

Interior: original staircase on north side of hearth. Back to back inglenooks. Ceiling joists laid on edge and straight downwards wall bracing.
