Cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Timber framed, lathe and plaster rendered partly incised for stone ashlar. Combed wheat reed roof, half-hipped with ridge stack. Two bay lobby entry plan with lower kitchen and dairy addition. End to road. One storey and attic. Two dormers. Two casements on either side of doorway, with early C19 narrow hood on cut brackets to door. In 1839 the cottage was occupied and owned by Ellis Smith. Interior not seen.
