GV II

House, formerly the vicarage c.1830. Gault brick, hipped low
pitched slate roof with end stacks. Three storeys with
basement; symmetrical facade of three 'bays'. Three second
floor nine-paned hung sash windows in cambered gauged brick
arches, and three first floor twelve-paned hung sash windows in
similar arches. Smaller twelve-pane hung sash window to left of
entrance balanced by garden casement to right hand. Entrance
approached by three stone steps; door with four moulded panels
and patterned rectangular fanlight in doorcase with moulded
cornice flanked by plain plaster pilasters. Shaped flint and
gault brick garden walls. Interior has original details and
staircase.
