Inscribed on plaque "Seymour Place, 1847". Terrace of 5 cottages. Narrow,
coursed rubblestone with stone dressings. Low pitched, Welsh slate roof with
gabled ends. Built of stone salvaged from Park House, in turn stone salvaged from Chatteris Abbey.
