Farmhouse with stone plaque dated 'C.F.D. 1742' reset in rebuilt C19 street facade. Original building one storey with attics had tumbled parapet gables. Local brown brick and gault brick. Slate roof with end stack to south and ridge stack. Three unit plan, two storeys. Three first floor four-paned hung sash windows in segmental arches, three similar ground floor windows. Reeded architrave and projecting pediment to six-panelled C18 door.
