House. Part of early C19 terrace, now offices. Yellow stock
bricks. Interlocking tile hipped roof, brick stack to right of
centre on rear pitch. 3 storeys, 1 bay. On left 5 stone steps
approach C20 fully glazed door with fanlight set in shallow
elliptical arched recess, doorhead moulding broken forward as
imposts to arch. On right 2-storey tripartite canted window to
ground and first floors, each with centre sash and narrow
flanking sashes, pilasters divide lights and each with
panelled frieze and cornice and panelled apron. Second floor
has sash set under flat gauged brick arch. Brick dentil course
with stone coping and stone coped parapet.
