House. c1810-30 with later additions and alterations including
c1980s ground-floor shop front. Stucco over brick with
concealed roof and end brick stacks. Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 4 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. Stucco detailing
includes 3 wide pilasters with incised decoration to first
floor surmounted by fluted Doric pilasters, horizontally
rusticated pilasters between first-floor pilasters surmounted
by elliptical arch; moulded second- and third-floor sill
bands, incised architrave and segmental cornice to
second-floor windows and incised architrave around
second-floor windows; architrave, frieze with wreaths,
cornice. 8/8 sashes except to ground floor, those to first
floor with moulded architraves.
