House. Mid C19. Stuccoed. Hipped Welsh slate roof, rendered
stack to left. 4 storeys, 3 bays. Vermiculated rusticated
strips to corners. To right, 4-panel door with sidelights and
tripartite overlight set in moulded architrave. 2 large
tripartite sashes to left set in rendered eared architraves
with vermiculated keystones, moulded sills. 4-pane sashes over
door and to upper floors with similar architraves. 2
tripartite canted oriel windows to first floor with sashes,
pilasters dividing lights, panelled aprons, friezes and
cornices. Sillbands to second and third floors. Eaves cornice.
Coped parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
