Circa 1800 dressed stone house. Low pitched slate roof with stone coped gable ends
moulded eaves and bards at floor levels. Three storeys. Three bays. Sash windows
with glazing bars under flat stone arches. Central ground floor window is round
arched with rusticated voussoirs and bracketed all. Left hand good early C19 shop
front with Roman Doric fluted columns supporting entablature and doorway with large
pilasters with incised key motif. Right hand elliptical arched carriageway with
rusticated voissoirs, now blocked and modern doorway inserted.
