Circa 1820. At one time a terrace of 3 storey houses called Marine Place.
An additional storey has been added. Stucco faced. Bracketed cornice
carried right across front, parapet with coping. Sill course to 2nd floor.
Plinth. There are 4 three storey bows with tripartite sash windows, divid-
ing panelled pilasters carried down into aprons. The bow at east end
is larger. 1 sash window between each bow in moulded flush frame. Large
bowed glazed entrance porch added, articulated by pilasters, with cornice
and parapet.
