Small house, said to have been converted from a barn in the late C19. Colourwashed
rendered cob and stone rubble; thatched roof, half-hipped at ends ; right end stack.
Plan: Single depth plan.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4 window front, the eaves thatch eyebrowed over 2
first floor windows. C20 front door and casements, C20 casements to rear.
Interior: Not inspected.
Included for group value with Trelawn and Peacock Cottage (q.v.) with which it forms
an attractive thatched group behind a new housing estate.
