SX 96 NW COFFINSWELL DACCOMBE
4/101 Little Farm (previously listed as
- house to south of Old Forge and on
opposite side of road)
GV II
Farmhouse. C17 or earlier with C19/C20 extensions. Rendered cob walls. Hipped
thatched roof. Rendered rubble central axial stack.
Original plan unclear, likely to have been 3 room and through-passage with an axial
stack heating the right-hand room. C19/C20 extension at rear.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 window front, 1 window to ground floor right. First
floor windows are probably C19 2-light casements with small panes in small openings.
Ground floor window is large C20 metal frame casement. Gabled thatched porch to
centre with C20 plank door.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey
