Cottage. Probably C18. Rendered rubble walls. Grouted slate roof, hipped to
right, gabled to left, where it is attached to no. 15 North Street (q.v.) Very
large rendered rubble lateral stack at rear. Rendered brick gable end stack to
right end.
Plan obscure, possibly double depth with heated rooms at rear sharing the rear
lateral stack.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front of circa early C20 2-light casements with
small panes. Ground floor left window is 3-light C20 plank door to right of centre
under slate porch hood.
