Grotto approx.40 metres
south-south-east of Langton Grove

GV II

Garden feature. Early C19 re-using medieval ecclesiastical
material. Ashlar, brick and flint. One storey. Into a
round-topped flint-built wall is set a re-used arch consisting
of worked stone of indeterminate origin, not originally making
an arch. Brick rear wall with sloping buttress. Forms a group
with Langton Grove (qv) and the other grotto nearby (qv).
