House. Mid C19. Coursed squared limestone with gritstone dressings and quoins.
Welsh slate roof and stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Stone gable end
stacks. Two storeys. South elevation doublefronted. Central doorway with
chamfered stone surround, four-centred arch and moulded bracketed hood with
crenellation motif. Mid C19 panelled door. Flanked on each side by large 3-light
chamfered mullion windows. Fixed and casement windows with margin lights with
coloured and etched glass. Chamfered first floor string course stepped up over
the doorway. Two similar windows above with clear glass, either side of a decorative
diamond-shaped motif with quatrefoil set in. Coped garden walls attached to south
and low front boundary wall surmounted by iron railings. Listed for group value
only.
