House, Mid-C19. Regularly coursed gritstone, projecting quoins, moulded eaves
cornice, coped gables, moulded kneelers, ashlar end ridge stacks, plain and beaver
tailed tiles laid in alternating bands. 'L' plan. Two storeys, three bays, with
glazing bar sashes set in plain stone frames beneath hoodmoulds with stops. C20
half glazed door. Included for group value only.
