Cottage. c1840 with C20 addition. Possibly by Paxton. Coursed squared gritstone
facade, limestone rubble elsewhere. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end stacks.
Stone coped gable with plain kneeler on bracket to west. Bracketed wooden eaves
gutter. Two storeys with lower two storey addition to west. Three bays, plus
additional bay. Three small pane windows with large Tudor style dripmoulds over.
Central one, narrow than others. To west, C20 garage projecting beyond house.
Above, to east, three equal sized casement windows. To west, recessed C20 window
set in weather boarded wall. Included for group value only.
