House. Later C18 and mid C19. Ground floor painted brick in
Flemish bond, first floor channeled stucco, with plain tile roof.
At right angles to road. 2 storeys and attics. Projecting brick
stack to left end and one to right end, shared with addition.
Hipped dormer to right. Regular fenestration of 2 sashes. Canted
slate-roofed bay window to right end of ground floor. Painted
brick lean-to to left. Painted brick addition to rear on right
side forming double depth. Another smaller parallel addition to rear
of left half. Mid C19 addition: to right between house and road,
with facade to road. Rendered, with plain tile roof. 2 storeys,
double gabled, with 3 rear stacks. Regular 3-window front of sashes
that to centre with margin lights. 2 ground-floor canted bays
with slate roofs. Central half-glazed door under simple Doric-
style porch. Interior not inspected. Said to date from 1610.
