House, vacant at time of resurvey with shop front return to Clacton Road.
C16/C17 or earlier with later alterations and additions. Timber framed and
plastered. Red plain tiled roofs, gable off centre left, and gable to shop
addition right, this with painted brick above ground floor and chimney to apex.
4 first floor windows, that above door oval, the others small paned sashes,
tripartite to right. Single small paned vertically sliding sash to ground floor
left. 6 panelled door with 2 upper lights, moulded surround, frieze, flat
canopy.
