Circa 1860. 3 storeys and semi-basement stuccoed. The side elevation is tile-
hung. 2 3-light canted bays through all storeys. Windows set in moulded architraves.
Parapet and moulded eaves cornice. The centre 1st floor window is round-headed.
Tuscan porch with cast iron balcony above. Wrought iron railings to street.
Nos 69 to 73 (consec) form a group.
