Corner block of 2 storeys, with 3 windows (centre blank) to the front (north) and one
to the return (west) face. Hipped tile roof, brick dentil eaves. painted brick
walling in Flemish bond. Upper sashes; ground-floor has a projecting shop-window on
brackets with a tiled hood, returning at the sides. (See No 1 Winchester Street).
