Pair of C17 chest tombs. Limestone.
Tomb nearest porch to John Sm----. Plain inscription plaque on the
south side with an almost illegible inscription flanked by panels
with flat-chamfered margins. Thick capping.
Unidentified chest tomb c4m to north-east. South side now badly
eroded. North side partially eroded with an oval inscription
plaque without a legible inscription. Carved roses in spandrels.
Large cherubs' heads either side with brackets and acanthus
decoration below each face. Lyre-shaped ends with cartouche-like
plaques. Thick capping with moulded margin.
