SO 91 NW BADGEWORTH BENTHAM

4/19 Bridge House

GV II

Detached cottage. C17. Square-panelled timber framing with
plastered infill visible on the north-east side; gable ends and
south-west front clad with large blocks of coursed squared and
dressed limestone; the upper part of the west-gable end may be
rebuilt; stone slate roofing on the south-west side; concrete
tile to the rear; brick stacks. Rectangular plan. Two storeys.
Four-windowed south-west front lit by 2 and 3-light wooden
casements; keystones to the ground floor windows; part-glazed
with keystone far left; another part-glazed door flanked by
windows towards the right gable end. Three-light wooden casement
to the west gable end; raking buttress at the east gable end.
Gable-end and lateral stack. Interior not accessible.
