House at end of row on street corner. c18. Coursed dressed stone with large
quoins, stone gable stack, concrete tile roof at steep pitch. Two storeys and
attic, 2 windows. Ground floor and first floor have 3-light double chamfer
mullioned casements to flush sills; at ground floor set to continuous stopped
drip lifted over doorway. Two C20 dormers. Central C20 door in shallow
4-centred head. Gable, left, to Victoria Street, has deep-set glazed C20 door
and a small single light. Projection at first floor. Early photograph in NMR.
