Detached house (formerly 2 cottages). C19. Coursed squared and
dressed limestone. Stone slate roof formerly with ashlar stacks,
restored in coursed squared and dressed limestone. Rectangular
plan with late extensions at rear. Two storeys and attic.
Symmetrical, 2-windowed facade with C20 three-light stone-mullioned
casements to the ground floor and 2-light stone-mullioned casements
to the first floor. Central C20 plank door with strap hinges
within a flat-chamfered surround. Small single-light casement with
stone surround in right gable end, lighting attic. Gable-end
stacks, restored C20 with moulded cappings and skirtings. Interior
not inspected.
