1860s or 1870s. Gothic. Two and a half storeys rubble with ashlar quoins and
dressings and Cotswold stone roof; ashlar chimneys, the one to the court-room with
octagonal stack, string over ground floor, large gable to left with 3-light pointed
window in Decorated style, small gable to right for 2-light attic window. Mullion
and transom windows elsewhere, in bay to left hand ground floor, in 4 centred
opening over doorway which is off-centre left. Covered stair in lean-to to left.
Rear: large plate tracery window in Decorated style. One of the better police
stations of the period in the Cotswolds.
